Is there a limit to how many users that I can add?

It depends on your purchase from ZuperCloud. If you have ordered 5 users, it's possible to add up to 5 users.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds to our customers, but you are always welcome to try out our 30 day trial-version

How do I renew my subscription?

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation of ZuperCloud subscriptions can be done by contacting our salesteam on +45 87 25 07 87 (#1) or by mail: info@zupercloud.com


Files and folders

How do I lock files in Zupercloud?

ZuperCloud supports automatic locking of file and documents that is opened. By opening documents the automatic locking mechanism locks the file, so other users can't edit the file. The lock is unlocked when the document is closed on the machine that the lock originated. 

Another way to to lock files is by right-clicking on a document and manuelly lock the files by clicking: Check out (lock) "filename". This lock will onlu be able to be unlocked by the user that has locked the document by right-clicking the file and clicking on: Check in (unlock) "filename".


How do i upload a file to ZuperCloud?

There are several ways to upload files to ZuperCloud:

By copy + pasting the file into the ZuperCloud folder, just like you would do with any other folder. The ZuperCloud folder can be found by left-clicking on the icon in the bottom right corner and then clicking on "Open ZuperCloud". Locate the folder that you want to copy it to and paste it.

By logging into http://portal.ZuperCloud.com finding the folder that you want the file in, then clicking on "Upload" and find the local file/s that you want to upload and click select you can also use the "drag'n'drop" feature when you are in the right folder.

By using "Save as.." inside you text editor(or other programs that you use to edit files) and selecting the ZuperCloud folder in the left menu and press save.

How do I see how much space I have used and how much is left?

Each can see their own usage data by left clicking on the Zupercloud-Icon at the bottom right corner. For the entire tenant disk usage on the tenant admin can see and administer this, buy locking into http://portal.zupercloud.com/ and clicking on "Manage Team Cloud" 




Can I upgrade prior to the expiration?

Yes, you can upgrade your trial version at any point to the full versuin og ZuperCloud. Contact os at info@ZuperCloud.com or call us at +45 87 25 07 87

What happens to my files at the expiration of my trial-period?

We will save you files for 14 days and the expiration of the trial-period. If you upgrade to a paid-subscription before the expiration, you will be able to keep your files and folders from the trial period.

Account security and account access

What happens if I loose my phone?

ZuperCloud makes it possible to delete files on a stolen og lost phone, so others can't see you and your company's files and folders.

How secure are my files?

ZuperCloud uses a high encryption, both when you send and recieve files from your phone, tablet or your computer to the cloud. This prevents third parties from intercepting your data.


Getting started

Desktop Client Installation

Downloading and installing the ZuperCloud Client

Login on the web portal (http://portal.zupercloud.com/)

Click on the Platform icons


Find the client for your setup and click “Go”


A new window will open and the installation will be downloaded. Maximize the window to follow the process.

After a few seconds the file will be downloaded.

Click the file at the bottom of the window to start the installation process.

Go through the installation wizard; remember to accept the terms on the second page.

After the installation is complete, a login window, will popup:

User the credentials provided to you from your admin/our sales-team:

  • Username: Your mail address registered at ZuperCloud
  • Password: By default provided by your admin or ZuperCloud
  • Access Point: be sure to that this is: http://portal.zupercloud.com

Click ”Login”



Wait for the load to finish. On successful connections an Explorer windows will popup and present you with your content in your Zupercloud-account.

You can now use ZuperCloud and share your files with others, have remote access to your files, just use this service as a remote backup  or what else you can think of.

How do I login?

Go to: http://portal.ZuperCloud.com  

Use the Credentials that you recieved when you ordered the product and click on "Login". (See the arrows, first arrow is username, second arrow is password and the third arrow is the login button)


Guide to the webportal

When you are logged into the webportal, you can perform a lot of actions such as:

  • See and access files and folders in the middle
  • See shared "Team Folders", that has been shared by your administrator.
  • Create new folders (Click "Create Folder)
  • Upload files (Click "Upload")
  • Search files and folders 
  • Download clients for you PC and Mac in the right-hand menu
  • Attach your own cloud-storage
  • Administer shared files and folders
